This document is an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, and does not require any physical or digital signature. Please read them carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Aavtor.ai, a service operated by My Hub Technologies Ltd, having its corporate office at 7th Floor, 708, B Block, Asian Suncity, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500084 ("Aavtor.ai", "We", "Us", "Our").
1. Definitions
- "User" means any individual or entity that registers, creates a profile, or otherwise accesses the Platform, including Seekers, Employers/Businesses, and Service Partners.
- "Seeker" means an individual who uses the Platform to find opportunities or services, including but not limited to employment, accommodation, or any other service listed on the Platform from time to time.
- "Employer" or "Business" means any entity that uses the Platform to post opportunities, including job vacancies, and to access Seeker profiles.
- "Service Partner" means any third party — including but not limited to accommodation providers, relocation agents, or other verified service providers — listed on the Platform to offer services to Seekers.
- "Account" means the account created by a User upon registration on the Platform.
- "Content" means any information, profile data, listing, document, image, or other material submitted, posted, or transmitted by a User on the Platform.
- "Applicable Laws" means all applicable statutes, rules, regulations, guidelines, and orders of any governmental or regulatory authority in force in India from time to time, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- "Platform" or "Services" means the Aavtor.ai website, application, and all related features made available to Users across the full range of connecting services offered by Aavtor.ai.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to register on the Platform.
2.2 You may register by providing your name, a valid phone number, a valid email address, and such other information as We may require ("Registration Data"). You agree that the Registration Data provided by You is accurate, complete, and current, and You undertake to promptly update the same in the event of any change. We bear no liability for any loss arising from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect Registration Data.
2.3 You are permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform, unless otherwise permitted by Us in writing.
2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under Your Account, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to notify Us immediately at customercare@myhubtechnologies.com in the event of any unauthorized use of Your Account.
2.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account, with or without notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Registration Data provided is false or misleading, that the Account has been compromised, or that these Terms have been violated.
3. Nature of the Service
3.1 Aavtor.ai is an online platform that connects Seekers with Employers and Service Partners across a range of offerings, including but not limited to employment matching, accommodation assistance, and other allied services introduced by Us from time to time. The Platform facilitates discovery, matching, follow-ups, qualification of leads, and coordination between Users.
3.2 Aavtor.ai is a facilitator only. We are not the employer of any Seeker, nor a landlord, accommodation provider, or service provider ourselves, nor a party to any agreement, transaction, or arrangement entered into between Users, regardless of the nature of the underlying service. Any agreement resulting from a connection made through the Platform is strictly between the Users concerned.
4. Obligations of Users
4.1 Seekers shall: (a) provide accurate, current, and truthful information in their profile and any Content submitted; (b) independently verify any offer, listing, opportunity, or service before acting upon it; (c) not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, or intentions on the Platform.
4.2 Employers/Businesses shall: (a) post only genuine, lawful opportunities and shall be solely responsible for all decisions made in relation to such opportunities, including hiring or engagement decisions; (b) not use any Seeker data obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than the legitimate purpose for which it was shared; (c) comply with all Applicable Laws governing employment, engagement, or contracting of individuals, including labour and equal-opportunity laws.
4.3 Service Partners shall: (a) ensure that all listed services, properties, or offerings are accurately described, lawfully operated, and currently available; (b) hold all licenses, registrations, and approvals required under Applicable Law to offer such services; (c) be solely responsible for agreements entered into directly with Seekers.
5. Content and Conduct Standards
You agree that You shall not, through the Platform, host, upload, post, or transmit any Content or engage in any conduct that:
(a) is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful;
(b) infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
(c) impersonates any person or misrepresents Your affiliation with any person or entity;
(d) is used to harass, defraud, or solicit any User outside the legitimate purpose of the Platform;
(e) involves the transmission of unsolicited commercial messages, chain messages, or spam;
(f) attempts to gain unauthorized access to any Account, data, or system associated with the Platform;
(g) violates any Applicable Law, including laws relating to data protection, employment, or consumer protection.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to remove any Content or suspend any Account found to be in violation of this Section, without prior notice.
6. Service Disclaimer
Matches, recommendations, listings, and other outputs generated through the Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aavtor.ai does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any match, listing, or recommendation, nor any outcome — including any employment, accommodation, or other outcome — arising from use of the Platform, regardless of the service category involved. Users are solely responsible for independently reviewing, verifying, and exercising their own judgment before relying on any information available on the Platform.
7. Data Consent and Processing
By submitting information or a profile on the Platform, Seekers, Employers, and Service Partners consent to Aavtor.ai collecting, storing, and processing such personal data for the purposes of enabling matching, visibility to relevant Users, and coordination of services, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Our Privacy Policy. Users may withdraw such consent at any time by writing to Us, subject to the effect withdrawal of consent may have on the functionality of the Services available to them.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All trademarks, logos, brand features, and content on the Platform (excluding User submitted Content) are the exclusive property of My Hub Technologies Ltd and/or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any right or license to use such intellectual property without Our prior written consent.
8.2 You retain ownership of any Content You submit to the Platform. By submitting Content, You grant Aavtor.ai a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.
8.3 You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites or services, including those of Employers and Service Partners. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or service. Any dealings You have with such third parties are solely between You and them.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1 We may suspend or terminate Your Account, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, upon request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or at Our sole discretion where We deem it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
10.2 You may terminate Your Account at any time by submitting a request to customercare@myhubtechnologies.com. You shall remain responsible for all obligations arising from Your use of the Platform prior to such termination.
11. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aavtor.ai and My Hub Technologies Ltd, along with their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of Your use of the Platform, Your breach of these Terms, or Your violation of any Applicable Law or third-party right.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Aavtor.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform. Aavtor.ai's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed ( charged amount )
11.3 Aavtor.ai shall not be liable for any dispute, agreement, or outcome arising between Users, as Aavtor.ai is not a party to such agreements.
12. Notices and Communication
Any notice required to be given under these Terms shall be in writing and sent to:

Notices sent by email shall be deemed received within 24 (twenty-four) hours of dispatch.
13. Grievance Redressal
If You have any complaint or grievance regarding the Services, please write to Us at customercare@myhubtechnologies.com. We shall make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and resolve such grievances in a timely manner.
14. Revision of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at Our sole discretion. Revised Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Platform, and Your continued use of the Platform following such posting shall constitute Your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under Applicable Law, such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be sought to be resolved amicably through mutual consultation. If not resolved within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
16.3 Subject to the above, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 These Terms, together with Our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and Aavtor.ai with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior communications and understandings, whether written or oral.
17.2 Aavtor.ai may enter into partnerships, joint ventures, or tie-ups with other entities engaged in similar or allied services; in such event, these Terms shall apply, with necessary modifications, to Services rendered pursuant to such arrangements.
17.3 You agree to comply with all Applicable Laws in connection with Your use of the Platform.
