1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aavtar.ai platform ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

6. Prohibited Content

You must not use Aavtar.ai to generate, request, or distribute content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or threatening.
  • Sexually explicit, exploitative, or involves minors inappropriately.
  • Designed to promote violence, terrorism, or hate speech.
  • Intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate others.
  • In violation of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, logos, designs, and software on the Aavtar.ai platform are the intellectual property of Aavtar.ai or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of the input content you submit. However, by using the Service, you grant Aavtar.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service.

AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not represent AI-generated content as human-authored in a misleading manner.

8. AI Disclaimer

Aavtar.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.

  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — always verify important information independently.
  • The AI does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
  • Aavtar.ai is not responsible for decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs.

9. Payments & Billing

Certain features of Aavtar.ai may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide valid and current payment information.
  • Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled before the renewal date.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Aavtar.ai at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aavtar.ai, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

  • Loss of data or business interruption.
  • Reliance on AI-generated outputs.
  • Unauthorised access to your account by third parties.
  • Service outages, downtime, or technical failures.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aavtar.ai in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your region.

13. Changes to Terms

Aavtar.ai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
